We offer two options for new members:
Are you new to CrossFit?
Get started with our On Ramp Program!
This program will teach you the fundamental movements and concepts of CrossFit training...
You will receive 3 - 1 hour sessions with a Trainer to ensure that you are comfortable with our basic movements. This will be followed with 2 weeks of CrossFit Classes so that we can be sure that CrossFit is the perfect fit for you!
Do you have CrossFit or similar experience?
If you have tried CrossFit or other Functional Fitness workouts before, let's make an appointment to meet with a Trainer 1-on-1 so that we can decide the best route going forward to help you meet your fitness goals!
