We offer two options for new members:
Are you new to CrossFit?
Get started with our On Ramp Program! This program will teach you the fundamental movements and concepts of CrossFit training... You will receive 3 - 1 hour sessions with a Trainer to ensure that you are comfortable with our basic movements. This will be followed with 2 weeks of CrossFit Classes so that we can be sure that CrossFit is the perfect fit for you! |
Do you have CrossFit or similar experience?
If you have tried CrossFit or other Functional Fitness workouts before, let's make an appointment to meet with a Trainer 1-on-1 so that we can decide the best route going forward to help you meet your fitness goals! |
